Processing & Delivery Time

 

• All orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.

• Deliveries are made within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

• Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during these times.

 

 

Delivery Costs

 

• Trinidad: Flat rate of $50.00 TT (already included in the product price).

• Tobago: Flat rate of $60.00 TT (already included in the product price).

 

There are no hidden fees — delivery charges are calculated in your total at checkout.

 

 

Payment on Delivery

 

• Customers may pay by Cash 💰 or Linx 💳 upon delivery.

• No prepayment is required.

 

 

Delivery Requirements

 

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

 

• Your full name

• A valid contact number

• A complete delivery address

 

Deliveries can only be made to addresses that can be accessed during normal business hours.

If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, our team will contact you to arrange a new time. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated missed deliveries.
